"Yesterday, the crew for the BOGO deal was friggin phenomenal!! You could tell that was a team that worked well together! All of them were so nice even during all of the chaos!! I know what it’s like to work in the food industry especially during a crazy deal like yesterday, they did an amazing job! The guys that were cooking they were busting their butts off getting everything prepared. The people on the food line were freaking awesome and so so sweet even during times of stress!!"

"Ate here today for lunch, on Feb 2 on they opening day, First I must say, as I watched and look cause I pay attention to everything I was very highly Impressed To see the employees that kept washing they hands, and not with just running your hands under the water, I actually seen the soap on they hands hunni, on top of wearing Gloves after washing they hands properly, okay Chipotle babe, we are working with something. Second I noticed No one was from the southern pines/ Aberdeen area was working in here. Why because the food was clean ,and fresh, and Hot done properly the correct way, and they clothes looked clean. Nice clean appearance, Babe these employees was moving, and not afraid to work at all, Everyone was so Friendly and Welcoming. The food was so delicious and Fresh, the Organic Lemonade was EXCELLENT!!!! not to sweet just right. Issa 10/10 for me, as for now!"

"I’m a big Chipotle fan, having regularly eaten at them for years in all the places I’ve lived. I was excited to see one open in Southern Pines, but avoided it for months based on the poor reviews. Tried this location twice in September 2024, one order drive through and one in store, and glad to report great experiences each time. Extremely fast service and the standard Chipotle experience I was hoping for. Will be going back."

"Not quite sure where these negative reviews are coming from. Lots of people seem to be complaining about their experience ordering online, so maybe they should just come inside and do it themselves like other people, since this place literally JUST opened up. My in-store experience was fantastic! I had never been to a Chipotle before, and while I would say this exceeded my expectations, unfortunately, I am not a big fan of their queso after having a whole cup of it with their chips. My service, even with them still being fresh and new, was very prompt! My only other small complaint is that they put my chips in a bag instead of a basket, even though they had a big tall stack of baskets by the register."

"I have been a regular here for a while now, multiple days a week. I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about the staff, atmosphere and food. They always take care of me, and always make me feel valued as a customer. Portions are generous, fresh and I get my moneys worth here."

"Overall not bad but we did wait a while to order, there were about 7 people in front of us. I placed my order just fine but the lady must have had a hard time hearing my husband because she was trying to add stuff he didn’t ask for so I’d just suggest that your speak loud and clear to avoid that issue. Our food was fresh and tasted good. We both got bowls with the brown rice, one had steak and one had carnitas. These were both delicious and fresh. We would give them another try."
